Flat embroidery is the most popular method because of its versatility. It is the standard process of embroidery stitching on a fabric (like a t-shirt, jacket, or towel) without any extra padding or layers. The result is a smooth, two-dimensional design that sits flush against the material.

The following graphic file formats are accepted for digitization: PNG, JPG, BMP, EPS, CDR, AI, PDF, JPEG, HPGL, TIFF, DXF, and AutoCAD.

We will deliver the final artwork in the below file formats as per the corresponding machine manufacturer: 

PES / PEC Brother, Babylock, Bernina

DST/ DSB / DSZ Tajima (Industry Standard)

EXP Melco, Bernina

JEF / JPX / SEW Janome, Elna, Kenmore 

HUS / VIP / VP3 Husqvarna, Viking, Pfaff.

EMB, DST, CND, PES, VP3, HUS and EXP are most commonly used
